Orchestrate High-Rack Material Handling: Operate Reach Trucks, Walkies, and Dock Stockers with absolute precision inside a brand-new, modern facility.

Drive the Hub Launch: Play a critical, foundational role in establishing efficient daily workflows, organization, and operational standards from day one.
Maintain Peak Operational Flow: Accurately move, stage, and retrieve inventory within a dynamic, high-volume setting to keep the supply chain seamless.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Certified Precision Operator: Proven expertise and active capability running Reach Truck, Walkie, and Dock Stocker forklifts.

Responsibilities
Maintain peak warehouse flow by safely and efficiently operating Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie pallet jacks.
Execute precise put-away and retrieval of home improvement inventory within high-density, narrow-aisle racking systems.
Manage trailer loading and unloading using the Dock Stocker, ensuring all store-bound freight was staged accurately.
Use Voice Pick technology to track inventory seamlessly, handling diverse products from power tools to bulky patio furniture.
Qualifications
Current Valid Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie certifications.
1–2+ years of distribution centre experience operating all three lifts.
Excellent attendance record (our stores count on you!).
Own CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.
Motivated to find a permanent, long-term career home.
