Position Title: Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay rate: $24.00 - $31.25 (based on experience and background)

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the reception of all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Conduct thorough incoming inspections of goods to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
Efficiently release work orders and materials to the production team based on operational requirements.
Coordinate the return of goods to vendors for rework, repair, or credit, managing all associated logistics.
Label and package materials meticulously according to established company procedures and industry guidelines.
Analyze and determine the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for all outbound products.
Prepare and manage all required documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
Handle special documentation requests, including Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Conformance.
Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and carriers, coordinating schedules and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory maintenance activities.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager to support the Manufacturing & Logistics team.
Qualifications
A post-secondary Diploma in logitics/supply chain is preferred but not required
Previous experience in inventory maintenance is considered a significant asset.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standards is a plus.
A sound understanding of corrective and preventative action methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with government requirements for international shipments is an asset.
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours per day.
Well organized and a high level of attention to detail.
