Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic planning and daily execution of all activities within the 160 square foot facility to meet corporate goals.
- Administer the operational budget and perform detailed financial analysis to ensure the Warehouse Manager maintains fiscal accountability.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of supervisors while managing a diverse workforce of approximately 100 staff and additional temporary personnel.
- Audit inventory precision and coordinate the seamless flow of stock from receiving through to final delivery.
- Utilize the Manhattan WMS to track KPIs and spearhead continuous improvement projects.
- Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols while managing the upkeep and readiness of all warehouse equipment and forklifts.
Qualifications
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or distribution leadership capacity.
- Your background includes demonstrated success in managing large-scale budgets and overseeing high-volume inventory control.
- You are proficient in leveraging Manhattan WMS or similar advanced logistics software.
- You have a deep understanding of health and safety regulations and the maintenance requirements for industrial machinery.
- Your career history shows progressive leadership, with the ability to manage direct and indirect reports in a fast-paced environment.
- You hold excellent organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to present data-driven results to senior leadership.
