In this role, you will be jointly responsible for the entire flow of materials—from receiving and tracking to accurate shipping. You'll ensure the security and precise management of all products, including high-security and serialized materials, and play a direct part in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse.

Operational Support: Handle general warehouse duties, manage the distribution of departmental mail, and provide excellent support by answering client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Salary: $25.00/hour
Shift: 8:15 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Edmonton, AB

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Accurately pick and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt or within established service level time frames.
Maintain and update "Shipping Manager" database and MOVES daily with details about every shipment (waybill numbers, number of parcels, date shipped, serialized ranges, and special instructions, etc.).
Coordinate bulk distribution of orders as required.
Receive stock, verify quantities received, and provide packing slips and copies of materials to the Client Relations and Operations Officer for receiving within 24 hours of receipt of product delivery.
Inventory management and warehouse organization.
Warehouse management.
Safely operate a Reach Truck Forklift.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Ability to consistently lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience safely operating materials handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets, shrink-wrapper, strapping machines, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to customer service.
Experience using Microsoft Suites/Microsoft Great Plains.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and organize conflicting priorities with competing deadlines.
Assets:
Reach Truck Forklift certification.
Knowledge of OHS Standards and working alone policies.
