Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•Inventory & Stocking: Unpack, receive, stock, and organize incoming warehouse goods accurately and on time.
•Order Fulfillment: Safely pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet daily deadlines.
•Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, primarily stand-up reverse-steering reach trucks and forklifts.
•Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and hazard-free environment.
Required Skills
•High attention to detail with strong numerical skills to accurately identify and match part numbers.
•Ability to stay focused and productive under tight deadlines.
•Solid work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications
•Certification: Valid Reach Truck Forklift Certification (experience with or willingness to quickly recertify on stand-up reverse-steering equipment).
•Experience: Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
•Education: High school diploma (OSSD, GED, or equivalent).
•Safety Gear: Must have CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots/shoes (PPE).
