In this job, you are the final step in our cannabis manufacturing process. Your eye for detail ensures every product meets our high standards for quality assurance before it goes to the customer. You will follow daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep our packing line running smoothly.
Important Workplace Rules & Quality Standards
To keep our cannabis products clean and ensure a contaminant-free facility, all workers must follow these safety and compliance rules:
Handling Product: You will work directly with cannabis and hemp products every day in a regulated factory setting.
Hygiene Rules: To keep the product clean, you cannot wear false eyelashes, acrylic/false nails, or nail polish.
Safety Protocols: No body piercings are allowed on the production floor to prevent injury and contamination.
Scent-Free Policy: To protect the natural terpene profiles (smell and taste) of the plants, you cannot wear perfume, cologne, or scented lotions.

Great Attention to Detail: You need strong visual skills to spot quality defects and good hand-eye coordination for delicate cannabis packaging tasks.
Clear Communication: Full fluency in English (both speaking and writing) is required for team coordination and accurate documentation.
