In this role, you will be the final line of defense for product quality, ensuring our reputation for excellence is delivered to every client. As a Packaging Team Member, you will drive the final stage of the cannabis manufacturing process, maintaining strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols.
Strict Production & Quality Control Standards
To uphold the integrity of our cannabis products and guarantee a strict contaminant-free facility, all team members must adhere to the following cGMP-aligned compliance guidelines:
Direct Product Handling: Daily hands-on interaction with cannabis and hemp products in a regulated production environment.
Strict Hygiene Compliance: To prevent physical contamination, false eyelashes, acrylic/false nails, and nail polish are strictly prohibited.
Safety & Workplace Protocol: For personal safety and contamination control, no body piercings are allowed on the production floor.
Scent-Free Environment: To protect and preserve the delicate terpene profiles and aromatic integrity of our products, the use of perfumes, colognes, or scented body products is strictly banned.

Technical Maintenance & Equipment Care: Execute routine cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance on specialized cannabis packaging machinery, industrial printers, and automated production equipment.
Meticulous Documentation & Traceability: Maintain flawless record-keeping and seed-to-sale data entry to ensure rigorous batch tracking, regulatory reporting, and total product accountability down to the gram.
Facility Sanitation & Quality Control: Uphold a sterile, organized, and compliant cGMP production environment through rigorous sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
Qualifications
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems is a must for order processing.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a warm, greenhouse-like environment.
Detail Oriented: Strong visual acuity to spot quality defects and high manual dexterity for delicate packaging tasks.
Communication: Full fluency in English (written and spoken) for documentation and team coordination.
