As a warehouse quality, health, safety and environment manager, you play a critical role for ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment through leadership, expertise, and innovation.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative QHSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement at a high-volume distribution site. This leadership role partners closely with site operations to execute health and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of safety excellence.

Responsibilities
The QHSE Manager has to:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on health and safety regulations and internal WHS policies.
- Oversee site compliance with safety standards through audits, inspections, and performance tracking.
- Analyze safety data and incident trends to develop strategic action plans for reducing risk.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ergonomic and conditional risks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of safety metrics to support operational decision-making.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a team of safety managers and professionals, fostering leadership growth and bench strength.
- Provide safety training and policy guidance to operations leadership and frontline teams.
- Partner with site and regional teams to ensure consistent safety practices and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct workplace audits to evaluate organization, behaviors, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and drive long-term safety performance improvements.
Qualifications
The QHSE Manager must have:
- At least 2 years experience in a similiar position
- Management experience
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Certified Safety Professional preferred
