As a Shipper/Receiver, your primary function will be to perform crucial duties related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of valuable goods and raw materials. This role goes beyond basic material handling; it demands meticulous accuracy in maintaining associated records and generating all necessary paperwork and electronic files, all while adhering to rigorous logistics and security procedures.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM ($19/h)
OR
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM ($20.33/h)
**Experience with forklifts is a major asset.

Responsibilities
The successful Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for:
• Inspect, receive, and store incoming materials (cards, collateral, and supplies) in designated areas
• Follow strict security procedures when receiving and shipping goods
• Accurately perform necessary inventory transactions for cards and collateral within the ERP system
• Control access to the vaults and ensure timely and accurate service to other departments,
• Perform daily mailing duties: securely handle electronic mailing lists; sort, label, pack, track, and trace mail
• Perform daily Inventory Management activities related to cards and collateral
• Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Shipper/Receiver position must possess the following skills:
• Ability to handle material handling equipment and operate a forklift (the candidate will be trained)
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs boxes daily
• Working knowledge of computers (familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision
• Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a valuable asset, though not mandatory
• Commitment to the principles of WCE (World-Class Excellence) and 5S methodology
