Responsibilities
- Consultative Design: Visit client sites to gather operational data, building dimensions, and storage requirements.
- Project Management: Collaborate with in-house CAD designers to create warehouse layouts; manage projects from quote to final installation and certification.
- Strategic Sales: Prospect for new business (20% of time) while managing warm leads provided by the equipment and service sales teams (80% of time).
- Vendor Liaison: Negotiate with manufacturers and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high-touch contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (outside/field sales preferred).
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to visualize physical structures and read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional sense of urgency, organization, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Education: University Degree or College Diploma preferred.
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
