Term: Approximately December 1, 2025, through April/May 2026.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Overtime: Potential for voluntary overtime on evenings and some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents against documentation and loading/unloading trucks.
Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including a sit-down counterbalance forklift, order picker, and high lift.
Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and maintaining the accuracy of stock locations.
Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, especially while operating machinery.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills
Mandatory Experience: Proven previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment is mandatory.
Equipment Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in the safe operation of the following equipment:
Sit-down Counterbalance Forklift
Order Picker
High Lift
Operational Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirement: Physical ability to lift, move, and handle products as required in a warehouse setting.
Beneficial Experience (Asset)
Any experience utilizing SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is considered a significant asset.
