Responsibilities
1. Training of new employees
Welcome and support new employees during their integration.
Facilitate training sessions on identification procedures, tools and logistical best practices.
Ensure the development of the skills of new recruits at their workstations.
2. Employee Skills Development
Train teams on new procedures and updates to logistics processes.
Observe and evaluate employees to identify areas for improvement.
Adapt teaching methods according to the needs and levels of each individual.
3. Monitoring and evaluation of training courses
Perform tests and simulations to validate what they have learned.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Identify training needs and propose appropriate action plans.
4. Compliance with standards and continuous improvement
Ensure strict application of safety instructions and quality standards.
Collaborate with team leaders and process assistants to optimize training processes.
Participate in the continuous improvement of training methods and materials.
Qualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial
production.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Ability to manage a large team and drive performance.
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
