Compensation: $32.00 – $33.00 per hour (Paid weekly, plus 4% vacation pay).
Shift Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift).

Responsibilities
-Shift Leadership: Directly supervise, coordinate, and drive the daily workflow of material handlers, order pickers, and forklift operators to meet shift fulfillment targets.
-Inventory Control: Monitor and manage specialized inventory handling procedures (including regulated nicotine and consumer goods) utilizing SAP and enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
-Workforce Administration: Manage end-to-end personnel scheduling, including nightly task rotations, employee cross-training, vacation/break scheduling, and required safety briefings.
-Performance Tracking: Actively track, analyze, and report on zone KPIs relating to safety, pick accuracy, order turnaround velocity, and operational cost management.
-Coaching & Relations: Conduct nightly pre-shift safety huddles, resolve immediate floor bottlenecks, and provide actionable operational coaching to team members.
-Reporting Structure: Prepare administrative HR documentation and collaborate directly with the Logistics Manager to align daily staffing levels with shifting inbound/outbound volumes.
Qualifications
-Experience: Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or team-leadership experience within a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution hub.
-Systems Proficiency: Hands-on operational user-level knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms, alongside advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel).
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Equivalent direct, verified supervisory experience will be strongly considered).
-Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills required to manage a diverse team and handle corporate logistics reporting.
-Compliance Checks: Ability to successfully pass a standard pre-employment criminal background check.
