We aren’t hiring a "driver"—we’re looking for a Warehouse Tactician. As the heartbeat of our facility, you will ensure our production lines never skip a beat. Your role is critical: maintaining the rhythm of the plant through proactive workflow management and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Surgical Maneuvering: Expertly load, unload, and stack materials with zero-error precision, even within high-density, high-traffic zones.
Operational Flow & Strategy: Keep the facility’s "pulse" steady by strategically staging lines and optimizing storage logic to eliminate bottlenecks.
Safety Leadership: Act as a guardian of our "Zero-Incident" culture. This goes beyond following rules; it’s about a proactive eye for hazard mitigation and lead-by-example behavior.
Equipment Stewardship: Treat your machine with technical respect. You will manage rigorous inspection protocols and maintenance standards to ensure peak operational performance.
Operational Endurance: Maintain the physical readiness and mental focus required to thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes industrial environment

$18 to $22 per hour, based on your demonstrated skill and relevant experience.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
Loading and unloading trailers
Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
Operator Experience: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating a Forklift.
Current Certification: Must hold a valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, or Walkie).
Dynamic Pace: Proven ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Reliable Performance: A strong track record of consistent attendance and workplace dependability.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required to support warehouse operations.
Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit.
