Type: Contract to hire, temp to perm opportunity in 3 months!
Location: Delta
Pay rate: $24.35 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Accurately pick products up to 50lbs using digital picking systems.
• Prepare and label orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts to organize and stack pallets in the manufacturing & logistics zone.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform daily forklift safety checklists and document results.
• Conduct weekly forklift inspections, including checking battery water levels.
• Wrap pallets securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Inspect incoming materials for any damage or quantity discrepancies.
• Organize products in designated locations to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing & logistics work environment.
• Break down cardboard and handle garbage disposal per facility standards.
• Sweep and organize the warehouse to prevent safety hazards.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a manufacturing & logistics setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a reliable team player.
• Skill in operating material handling equipment, specifically CLASS 2 and 5 forklifts.
• Physical stamina for frequent standing, lifting (up to 50lbs), and bending.
• Ability to follow technical maintenance checklists for equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
• Commitment to safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Reliable transportation to the Delta, BC location.
