As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that supply chains run smoothly and orders are fulfilled accurately. Working within our manufacturing & logistics specialization, you will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and inbound/outbound shipments. This Warehouse Associate position features a highly desirable Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering an excellent work-life balance and a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.
Location: Burlington = Mainway / Guelph Line
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Shift: 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Review daily manual pick lists to accurately locate and retrieve stock items within the facility.
• Perform efficient picking and packing of orders to ensure items are securely prepared for domestic and international shipment.
• Execute shipping and receiving duties, verifying incoming inventory against documentation and reporting any discrepancies.
• Sort, organize, and put away stock in designated storage locations to maintain an orderly and optimized warehouse environment.
• Learn and safely operate forklift equipment following the completion of the provided specialized company training.
• Assist team members with heavy lifting, inventory counts, and general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
• Ability to comfortably and repetitively perform heavy lifting of warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the entire 8-hour shift duration.
• Commitment to maintaining a strong attendance record and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
• Prior experience in a warehouse associate, material handler, or order picker role is considered an asset but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Possession of CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots is mandatory for this industrial environment.
