Responsibilities
- Own the preparation process by accurately picking, staging, and moving inventory to ensure every outgoing order is perfect.
- Serve as the critical link by efficiently loading and carefully unloading delivery and shipping trucks to keep our operations continuous and on schedule.
- Master the art of logistics by accurately stacking, building, and securing pallet loads and orders for safe, on-time delivery.
- Experience Safely and expertly operating the forklift to manage and transport large or heavy loads throughout the facility is an asset. Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
- Be a proactive team player by assisting with inventory counts, organizing stock, and actively maintaining a clean, secure, and organized working environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable warehouse or logistics role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with material handling.
- A deep commitment to workplace safety procedures and a reliable work ethic are critical to success in this fast-paced environment.
- A valid, recognized forklift operating license is considered a strong asset.
