We are currently hiring a Warranty Customer Service Representative for a well established company in Burlington. This role will be assisting customers with their warranty via phone and email.
The ideal candidate would be someone who comes from customer service and has knowledge of MS Office including excel. To excel in this role you must be willing to learn, problem solve and want to provide the best customer experience. A great attention to detail and knowledge of AS400 and Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our Extended Warranty Packages with existing customers
- Mail information packages to new and existing customers to generate sales
- Promote the Customer Referral program by mail and phone
- Complete all Call-backs as agreed by customers
- Maintain notes of calls, activities and update our proprietary customer database
- Update all Customer contact information
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned/required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work as a team and collaborate with multiple department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate a productive and enthusiastic approach towards achieving business goals
- Proactive and receptive to development of current skills
- Willingness to share best practice to support team members
- Results oriented and target driven
