Heavy Duty Warranty Technician - $40 to $48 per Hour Winnipeg
Are you a knowledgeable Heavy Duty Mechanic looking to transition away from full-time floor work into a specialized diagnostic and warranty role?
Do you take pride in meticulous documentation and possess the ability to seamlessly navigate complex warranty guidelines?
...
Are you searching for a stable, professional shop environment where your technical expertise helps solve problems and supports a high-volume production team?
If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our client, a premier, long-standing Western Canadian leader in heavy-duty parts and service, is looking for a Warranty Technician to join their Winnipeg operations. This is a unique "hybrid" role (50% mechanic / 50% admin) that bridges the gap between the service bay, production, and parts departments, ensuring that technical repairs meet the highest quality and warranty standards.
Unlike a standard shop role, you are the technical gatekeeper. You will spend your time analyzing work orders, diagnosing complex system failures (transmissions, differentials, air systems), and ensuring the company is protected through accurate reporting. It’s the perfect spot for a "Jack of all Trades" who is ready for a professional, detail-oriented challenge.
