What YOU will be doing as a Welder Fitter
- custom fabrication
- work with heavy gauge material from ½” plate up to 24” thick plate
- read and understand engineered drawings and weld symbols
- work safely and follow all safety rules and procedures
- work with cranes and rigging
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of custom fabrication experience as a Welder Fitter
- CWB tickets for Metal-core and STICK are considered a strong asset
- Proven proficiency reading blueprints, technical schematics, and weld symbols
- Hands-on operational experience with overhead cranes and heavy rigging
