Responsibilities
- Fit structural components like W-beams, plates, and tubing without jigs 80% of your time in Stoney Creek.
- Execute precise Flux Core and Metal-Core welding processes 20% of your operational shift.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints to measure, align, and tack metal fabrications.
- Operate fabrication tools including grinders, cutting torches, and overhead cranes within the facility.

Qualifications
- Must hold active CWB tickets or have held CWB certification in FCAW/MCAW within the past year.
- Require 3 to 5 years of verified experience as a Welder-Fitter in the skilled trades sector.
- Demonstrated experience reading structural blueprints and laying out materials without relying on jigs.
- Proven history operating workshop equipment, torch tools, grinders, and overhead crane systems in Stoney Creek.
