We are hiring reliable General Laborers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for wrapping rubber piping onto large industrial spindles with accuracy and care.
Pay & Schedule
Day Shift: $24.00/hour 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: $26.50/hour 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Rotation: Alternating 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 off for days 2 nights on, 3 off for nights).
Training: Your first week will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. After training, you will transition to your regular shift rotation.
Must have reliable vehicle as site is not transit accessible
What You’ll Do
Wrap rubber piping tightly and evenly onto large spindles.
Ensure high attention to detail so product specifications are perfectly met.
Handle heavy physical labor and stand for long periods.
Work collaboratively with team members to hit daily production targets.
What You Bring
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle consistent heavy lifting throughout a 12-hour shift.
Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compliance: Must sign an Overtime (OT) Averaging Agreement prior to starting.

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience working in production environments
Always on time for shift handovers.
Strong, reliable work ethic.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
