Responsibilities
Operate pre-programmed CNC machines to cut and shape wood parts
Load and secure raw materials, monitor machine during operation
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Perform basic adjustments and troubleshoot machine stoppages
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate with team members to ensure production flow
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Prior experience operating a wood CNC machine (no programming required)
Ability to read measurements and understand basic technical drawings
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around machinery
Attention to detail and quality control
CSA-approved steel toe boots required
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
CSA-approved steel toe boots required
