Position Highlights
Stability: Long-term, permanent position in a warehouse environment (stay dry and out of the elements).
Location: Conveniently transit-accessible (please check schedules for night shift compatibility).
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Compensation: $18.36/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium.

Responsibilities
Pallet Deconstruction & Assembly: Efficiently dismantle incoming pallets and construct new, high-quality units to specification.
Precision Lumber Cutting: Measure and cut wood components with accuracy to minimize waste.
Stationary Power Tool Operation: Expertly operate bandsaws and other industrial woodworking machinery.
Pneumatic Tool Proficiency: Utilize air-powered nail and staple guns for fast-paced, durable assembly.
Qualifications
Tool Savvy: Proficient with pneumatic and power tools (nail guns, drills, etc.).
Saw Specialist: Confident and safe while operating table saws and bandsaws.
Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship.
Adaptable: Equally productive working independently or in a team setting.
Safety-First Mindset: Dedicated to following workplace safety standards at all times.
Experienced: Background in the construction or manufacturing trades.
