We are currently looking for a Workplace Services Professional to support our client in their Vancouver office. In this role you will work full time hours on 1 month assignment.
Work Environment: Role is 100% onsite at the Vancouver, BC office
Hours: 7:30am – 4pm (Onsite position)
Payrate: $25/h

Responsibilities
Facilities & Office Operations
Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas are operating efficiently and meet company standards. Identify any deficiencies.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and workplace service requests.
Monitor workspace readiness, cleanliness, and overall office presentation.
Coordinate furniture moves, workspace reconfigurations, and office installations.
Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
Coordinate access requests for restricted or secure areas.
Workplace Experience & Customer Service
Deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Support workplace amenities, meeting services, and office programs.
Monitor shared team mailboxes and complete action items in accordance with established procedures.
Respond to workplace inquiries and service requests through MySupport and other service channels.
Foster a professional, welcoming, and inclusive office environment.
Collaborate closely with Workplace Experience team members in Vancouver and across Canada to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, hospitality, workplace services, or a customer service environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and iOS devices.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively based on urgency and business needs.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Strong client-service orientation, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proactive approach to responding to requests and resolving workplace issues.
Professional attitude, positive demeanor, and willingness to take initiative.
Flexibility with work hours to support business needs (core hours of the role are 7:30am - 4:00pm).
This role is 100% onsite requiring in-office attendance Monday through Friday.
Able to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
First Aid certification is considered an asset.
Prior experience supporting Workplace Health & Safety programs is considered an asset.
