Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading: Safely move shipments using a forklift and warehouse equipment.
Order Preparation: Palletize and stage orders in the correct shipping zones.
Outdoor Yard Work: Work outdoors comfortably year-round (forklift has a heated cab).
General Support: Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Licensing: Valid Counterbalance Forklift certification.
Experience: Prior experience working in outdoors, yard operations.
Physical Fitness: Comfortably lifting up to 50 lbs.
Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Soft Skills: Excellent attendance record and a positive, team-first attitude.
