Yard Operator

Responsibilities
Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials around the yard.

Properly secure loads on flatbed trucks using straps, chains, and other tie-down equipment.

Inspect and maintain equipment; report any issues to management.

Keep yard and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.

Assist with inventory and general yard tasks as assigned.

Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
Forklift certification with hands-on experience.

Strong knowledge of securing loads on flatbed trucks.

Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.

Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Ability to participate in preemployment testing.
