What You'll Do:

Operate a Counter Balance Forklift (indoor/outdoor) to manage and organize high-volume inventory within our lumber yard and warehouse.
Ensure accurate stock replenishment and inventory control, playing a key role in maintaining operational efficiency.
Manage customer orders and stage materials for timely distribution.
Perform general yard and warehouse duties as assigned, supporting a smooth workflow.
What We Offer:
Permanent Direct Hire status from day one.
Competitive Pay: $21 - $26 per hour (based on experience).
Heated Forklift Cab for enhanced comfort during outdoor shifts.
Reliable Monday-Friday schedule (rotating or chosen shift may apply).

Shifts Available (Monday - Friday):
Days: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoons: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Counter Balance Forklift operation experience.
Comfortable working in a year-round indoor/outdoor environment (must be prepared for winter conditions).

Responsibilities
Efficiently load and unload shipments using a Counter Balance Forklift and other warehouse equipment.
Place orders on pallets, or stage in the appropriate shipping area
Perform essential general yard and warehouse support tasks to maintain organized and efficient operations.
Must be prepared to work outdoors in all seasons (forklift cab is heated for comfort).
Qualifications
Valid Counter Balance Forklift License required.
Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs when required.
Proven experience working in a yard or outdoor industrial environment.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong commitment to reliable attendance and maintaining a positive attitude.
