Event Coordinator
Location: St. Bruno, Quebec

2 days/week: Home based
3 days/ week: On site -St. Bruno Corporate office

Planning and organization of events and new hire orientation sessions

•Organize orientation sessions for new hires and alert the teams and managers impacted.
•Deliver the orientation day training for new employees
•Execute and coordinate career focused events in schools, communities and corporate tradeshows;
•Work with third party vendors to negotiate and secure tools and equipment required;
•Facilitate the communication, organization and logistical planning;
•Identify the necessary stakeholders and ensure information dissemination;
•Track all costs and billing
•Analyze results of event performance, review and distribute collected resumes, compile hiring statistics;
•Research and plan of new events
•Work with marketing and HR on event communication
•Travel requirements: 10%

Experience and Requirements:

•2+ years experience in event coordination
•Fluently bilingual (Engish & French)
•High level of organizational skills
•Strong multi-tasking capability
•Ability to communicate effectively with different organizational levels
•Should be able to thrive in a fast paced high pressure environment
