Responsibilities
•Prepare offer letters and facilitate approval process
•Assist with onboarding, recruiting reports and projects
•Identify and recommend areas for simplification and efficiency
•Partner with the Recruiters to offer excellent support for our managers and candidates
Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree
•Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
•Proven ability to manage high volume offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders
•Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
•Positive attitude and collaborative, no tasks too small mindset
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
