Regional Vice President of Sales, RiseSmart

We are currently looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to help us introduce and sell our
disruptive solution to HR Executives throughout the country and the world.

Responsibilities:

- Drive direct B2B sales with new customers
- Canvass market, network and cold call to identify contacts and acquire new customers
- Present outplacement services to senior executive within an organization
- Establish and implement tracking mechanisms to scoreboard activities and results
- Consistently capture key milestones in the sales process utilizing CRM
- Facilitate final preparation of customer proposals to include response to customer RFP, pricing, contract terms and conditions and applicable agreements
- Creative problem solving and execution to drive results and gain market share
- Influence decision makers and build strong relationships

Requirements:

- Experience working in the outplacement, Staffing/Recruiting or HR Consulting Services space
- Proven successful business development/sales experience into large corporate clients
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, customer service, business and negotiation skills
- To be Highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and accountability to meet deadlines
- Process design, development, execution, and management skills
- To be: creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner and conscientious
