Our Randstad Engineering branch in Calgary is after a Resource Manager to support our energy practice. In this role you could take your recruitment experience to the next level and start managing the client relationship. As strategic and innovative networking are critical aspects to this position, your primary functions will be, but not limited to:

• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, understanding growth areas of their business and developing a strategy to fill active/future vacancies
• Meeting candidates and clients, taking and filling job orders, negotiating contracts and closing sales
• Matching and placing professional candidates into the right position by ensuring the clients’ needs are understood and met
• Develop a strong base of candidates by conducting detailed interviews and reference checks
• Support regional director in supporting the KPI program and recruitment strategy
• Lead marketing strategies for the branch
• Provide support to RFP's
