You are a person:
Rigorous, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Recognized for its excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented
Who appreciates teamwork and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Prepare precise, complete, and compliant rental and sales contracts
Manage client files and carry out the required follow-ups in a timely manner
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure that all documentation is completed efficiently
Carry out the procedures related to insurance and vehicle registrations using the SAAQclic platform
Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and business partners
Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
Respond to requests for information and route calls efficiently
Provide administrative support to the executive director and participate in various projects
Qualifications
Qualifications et compétences
Expérience pertinente dans un poste administratif, de secrétariat ou d’appui au bureau
Expérience dans l’industrie automobile
Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et aisance avec les outils informatiques
Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit)
Anglophones internes et externes [clients/partenaires/employés] situés à l’extérieur du Québec sur une base quotidienne/régulière
Excellentes compétences en calcul, compréhension de texte et traitement de données
Permis de conduire valide
