Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours per week).
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience.
Vacation: 4 weeks of vacation per year (following construction industry standards).

Location: The office is in Montreal near the Frontenac metro station, and on-site parking is available.
Responsibilities
Reception and Communication: Greet visitors and manage the phone system (including voicemails).
Document Management: Handle the reception and dispatch of documents, and prepare all necessary documentation and submissions.
Project Management Support: Open new projects, create contacts, validate monthly reports, write meeting minutes, track project progress, and assemble end-of-project manuals for three project managers.
Senior Management Support: Draft and manage correspondence for the executive team.
Media and Content Management: Maintain the photo log, update the company website, and create PowerPoint presentations.
Purchasing and Payments: Order office supplies, validate payment documents, and follow up on the distribution of checks to subcontractors.
Qualifications
Education: A vocational diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or a college diploma (DEC) in office automation.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Languages: Excellent command of French and a strong working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Other Skills: Comfortable with standard office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
