We are seeking a versatile and rigorous individual to join our team of 15 to 20 employees. Reporting directly to management, you will ensure the smooth flow of the company’s administrative and accounting operations.
Please note: For the first three months of this position, you will be required to work at our West Island office. Following this period, our operations will be relocating to Ville d’Anjou.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination: Manage incoming calls and act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Document Management: Draft professional letters, reports, and internal correspondence.
Quality Control: Review and verify reports for accuracy and consistency.
Billing & Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely distribution to clients.
Payroll: Oversee payroll processing and time tracking for our staff.
Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.).
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to Detail: A rigorous approach to administrative tasks and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
