Why is this position open? Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a new talent to support our operations management team. This role is ideal for a junior professional with strong experience in data entry or office administration who is looking to evolve into a more strategic administrative role within an essential technical field.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the management team, you will play a key role in the service chain:
Review and import completed inspection reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare accurate repair quotes based on the results of technical inspections.
Write clear and concise cover letters to accompany quotes sent to clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to validate parts, labor, and pricing to ensure the accuracy of quotes.
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database systems are required.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team is required.
A college diploma (DEC) is considered a significant asset.
