We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This is a newly created position that will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary: $50000 - $52000 per year, depending on experience.
Permanent Position
100% On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 :00p.m., to cover the Western Canadian time zone.
Benefits: Group insurance after 3 months, sick days and personal days available
3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to a team of 10 employees.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry for customer orders.
Assist with various accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
Coordinate and track repairs and warranty claims for products.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Manage a wide range of clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
