Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux is currently looking for a Coordinator and Groups Manager

Location DDO (5 days in office)
Salary 32.50$/hr (37.5 hrs/week)

Responsibilities
Responsible for communication with dealer groups:
Distribution of relevant documents (additional information file, document submission schedule, etc.)
Follow-up on the receipt of documents that must be sent monthly by members (financial statements and additional information file)
Sending introductory documents to prospective members and following up on the receipt of signed documents from them.
Preparing all aspects related to holding meetings:
Making hotel reservations for each meeting according to the moderator's specifications.
Communicating with members to confirm their participants and accommodation needs.
Confirming the accommodation list and food/banquet requirements (breakfast, breaks, lunch) with the hotel.
Laying out and distributing the agenda to members.
Preparing the necessary documents for the meeting (objective forms, name tags with participants' names, highlighters, and rulers for participants).
Receiving the hotel invoice after the meeting. Verifying it against the initial contract and authorizing payment.
Receive the hotel bill following the meeting. Verify it against the initial contract and authorize payment.
Other tasks:
Answering calls
Preparing envelopes for mailing monthly reports
Receiving mail
Any other relevant tasks
Requirements for the position of coordinator and group manager:
Qualifications
Job requirements as coordinator and group manager:
Bilingual (English and French) (Spoken and Written)
Equivalent experience
Administrative background
Experience in the automotive industry an asset
College diploma (an asset)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
