Position: After-Sales Customer Support
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday,
Salary: $24-26/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)

Responsibilities
-Manage incoming technical service requests, parts orders, and warranty claims.
-Provide exceptional customer service to end-users and service contractors.
-Troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing technical manuals and collaborating with manufacturers.
-Process walk-in parts orders efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
-Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or gas systems within the food service equipment industry
-Basic understanding of logistics and warehousing.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
