Responsibilities
Orchestrate Strategic Change: Oversee intricate business transformation roadmaps from inception to completion, ensuring long-term adoption and tangible, data-driven results.
Architect Custom Strategies: Formulate agile, people-first change management methodologies that align with the unique operational realities of each business.
Bridge Strategy and Execution: Convert overarching corporate objectives into comprehensive transformation programs that encompass customer operations, executive leadership growth, digital integration, and workforce mapping.
Foster Agility: Conceptualize and deploy targeted initiatives designed to heighten organizational responsiveness, optimize workflows, and instill a customer-focused mindset.
Facilitate Alignment: Synchronize corporate leadership, build stakeholder consensus, and empower staff across all tiers—ranging from direct frontline mentorship to regional capability development.
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of professional experience driving large-scale organizational change and business transformation, ideally within a senior consulting or advisory capacity.
Methodological Expertise: Proficient in leveraging advanced tools and frameworks, including predictive analytics for tracking adoption, modern workshop facilitation platforms, and persona-driven experience design (for both staff and customers).
Leadership Capabilities: Outstanding ability to coach executives, manage diverse stakeholder groups, and scale transformation efforts from localized teams to broader regional structures.
Language Requirements: Dual-language proficiency is required.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
