Responsibilities
Pipeline Evolution: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline code delivery.
Orchestration & Automation: Take ownership of tool automation and the management of deployments across all environments.
Developer Advocacy: Build internal tools and automated workflows to empower developers and reduce friction.
Strategic Advisory: Provide technical guidance to team members on integrated DevOps practices and propose innovative deployment strategies.
Standardization: Establish and monitor configuration standards while documenting best practices to ensure long-term system integrity.
Performance Monitoring: Track system metrics and proactively develop solutions for continuous infrastructure improvement.
Qualifications
Fluent Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in a DevOps role.
Proven track record in at least one large-scale Agile transformation project.
Five (5) years of experience managing CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git).
Five (5) years of expertise in deploying web applications, web services, and API management.
Two (2) years of hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration systems.
Two (2) years of proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Two (2) years of experience scripting with PowerShell.
Summary
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must reside in Quebec, Canada)
Start Date: June 15, 2026
End Date: April 7, 2029
Rate: $74.00 / hour
