We are looking for a Security Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management to join the security team of a major financial institution.
The team is responsible for the implementation, support, and development of technological solutions required for identity management. This is a long-term contract (until March 31, 2027). The position is remote, with occasional travel expected (preference for candidates in the Quebec City region, but open to Montreal).

Responsibilities
Analyze client needs leading to the integration of applications into identity management platforms.
Identify and document solutions that meet business and security needs.
Collaborate with the security architect and designers in developing the service roadmap.
Perform technical configuration in platforms during adjustments or new application integrations.
Provide support to existing clients and resolve access-related incidents.
Improve existing processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
Contribute to the documentation of relevant processes.
Collaborate with the quality assurance analyst on documentation and test execution.
Use DevOps practices for configuration deployment.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in security or access management.
College or University degree in Computer Science, Administration, or relevant training.
Concrete experience with an identity management platform such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
Experience with Azure Entra ID and enterprise application concepts.
Technical knowledge of YAML and Terraform languages.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles.
Adaptability and curiosity for learning new technologies.
Excellent French and intermediate English for collaboration with vendors.
Summary
We are looking for a versatile Intermediate/Senior IAM Analyst (5-10 years). If you master Saviynt or SailPoint, are comfortable with Azure Entra ID, and have some technical skills (Terraform/YAML), this stable mandate until 2027 is for you.
