Salary: $19.00/hr + Overtime opportunities
Stable Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:15 PM (Early finish on Fridays!)
Status: 3 to 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension

Responsibilities
As part of the production line, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the finished products:
Precision Assembly: Meticulously assemble mechanical and electronic parts to build emergency lighting units.
Quality Control: Perform basic visual inspections and quality checks on each assembled unit to ensure compliance.
Tool Operation: Safely handle hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic (air-compressed) equipment.
Technical Reading: Interpret work orders, parts lists, and follow technical assembly drawings.
Packaging: Carefully pack finished products according to established work instructions prior to shipping.
Participate in workstation rotation and maintain a steady production pace with the team.
Qualifications
Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow complex work instructions.
Assets: Basic knowledge of mechanical or electronic components and the ability to read simple blueprints/drawings.
Aptitudes: Reliable, great team player, versatile, and comfortable with workstation rotations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and comfortably lift loads between 25 to 30 lbs.
