We are looking for an experienced Associate Customer Success Manager to join our client's team. This is a unique opportunity for a 12-month contract, hybrid role based in downtown Toronto. You will be working with a leading ad platform specializing in real-time, first-party data and innovative advertising solutions across multiple devices, including Smart TVs. Responsibilities
Support Customer Success and Sales teams in executing advertiser campaign goals (both pre and post-sales).
Manage the internal RFP process and ensure timelines and goals are met.
Work cross-functionally with various departments, including Ad Operations, Inventory, Marketing, and Finance, to facilitate campaign execution.
Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and sales strategies.
Collaborate with a dedicated Client Solutions Manager to track proposals, analyze post-campaign delivery, and manage billing.
Create processes to streamline efficiencies while working with leadership.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Digital Media Agency.
Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Direct and frequent communicator.
Independent and driven to succeed.
A team player who takes full accountability for assigned tasks and understands the importance of deadlines.
An eye for detail and pride in the quality of work created.
Media planning or buying experience is a plus.
Previous experience with and Order Management System and a DSP is ideal.
