Position: Account Resolution Specialist I
Shift: Rotational schedule (8:30 – 5:00PM, 10 – 6:30PM, 11:30 – 8:00PM)
Location: Montreal (4 days in office, remote/hybrid option available)
Advantages

Responsibilities
Provide inbound and/or outbound support to customers. Create an exceptional customer experience. Navigate multiple systems to update customer information. Use effective communication skills with partners, colleagues, and customers. Initial focus will be on back-office tasks, transitioning to phone interactions after three months.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree and 1+ years of relevant work experience. Bilingual (French/English) is required. Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite are essential. Banking experience and fluency in Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, or Cantonese are considered assets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
