This is a part time weekend position (10 hours per week)
The work schedule will be as follows:
Saturday: 7AM-12PM
Sunday: 7AM-12PM
* Please note that the training will be done during the week so initially, the person will be required to come in more hours for training. Once that is done, it will be 10 hours per week on weekends.
Advantages
- Contract Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
- Salary: 28 $/h
- Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec
- Work Mode: On-site

Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk and telephone switchboard with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare and manage security access badges for all visitors.
- Scan regulatory documents and ensure proper administrative filing.
- Support the pedagogical team for internal training (managing course materials and iPads).
- Generate daily statistical reports related to reception activities.
- Process credit card payments for courses as required.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone regarding upcoming training sessions.
- Assist in updating course materials when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in reception, front desk, or customer service within a corporate environment.
- Fluent bilingualism (French and English)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Experience within flight or maintenance training program environments is a strong asset.
