Responsibilities
-Answer incoming customer calls and provide product or order support
-Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
-Respond to customer inquiries via email in both English and French
-Enter and process customer orders with accuracy
-Communicate with internal teams regarding order logistics when needed
-Assist with the processing of online orders
-Receive incoming orders from vendors
-Edit part numbers and purchase orders as required
-Receive and confirm purchase orders into the system
Qualifications
-French bilingual is an absolute must
-Upbeat personality
-Able to de-escalate situations
-Prioritize tasks accordingly
-2-3 years of customer service experience
