Responsibilities
Will respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats and tickets based on client parameters providing top notch expertise
Will develop a knowledge of products, services etc. and effectively convey this information to customers
Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as needed
Document details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way
Superb customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns
Maintain established performance levels in KPI environment
Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale
Ability to identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Qualifications
Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
Previous customer service or call center work experience in insurance program support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication, empathy and listening skills
Ability to multi-task and run time effectively
Writes clearly and concisely
Committed to providing superior customer service
Ability to work independently
Tasks require judgment and critical thinking skills
Minimum 3 years of industry experience
Required Education
College Degree Preferred
High School Diploma Required
