Responsibilities
-Oversee multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams, including project leaders, technology specialists, vendors, and consultants
-Manage project cost, time, and scope while aligning with enterprise governance standards
-Present clear, executive-level reports and updates to senior leadership
-Drive alignment and engagement through ongoing communication with sponsors, program managers, and directors
-Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams have what they need to meet delivery timelines
-Build and manage detailed project schedules, financial forecasts, and milestone tracking
-Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
-Apply resilience and adaptability when managing concurrent workstreams and dynamic project requirements
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally with longer tenures in past roles
-Background in financial services, particularly in technology, regulatory, or compliance initiatives
-Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication
-Solid understanding of project governance and enterprise methodologies
-Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to project financials
-Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working without close supervision
-Experience managing multiple project commitments simultaneously
-High emotional intelligence and professional presence
Nice-to-Haves:
-PMP Certification
-Experience in hybrid work environments
-Experience in a PMO or Project Governance role
