Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Change Manager - Intermediate in Toronto for a 6 month contract
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

• Hybrid role: Wednesday and Thursday, and every fourth Friday. This could change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
• Leads high level (size, scope, complexity, criticality, and impact) or cross-functional change programs, projects, or multiple work streams within a large program.
• Develops change management strategy, change and sustainment plans, and leads execution of the strategy and plans.
• Deploys change tools to drive adoption of new behaviors.
• Partners with Communications, Training, and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive and integrated plans.
• Defines change plan milestones and deliverables and manages assignments to completion. Drives outcomes and ensures achievement of benefits.
• Develops and facilitates organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.
• Leads production of success measures for adoption and sustainment.
• Ensures timely identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
• Performs quality reviews of projects.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
- 4-5 years change management experience in a financial institution or consulting environment.
- Experience in building and executing holistic change management plans, including communications, training, procedures
- Microsoft fundamentals certified or equivalent skill level with Microsoft office suite
* Note -- What level of Excel are you specifically looking for -> Basic sums, average, etc. Above this is a bonus.
- Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have:
- Bachelors degree in business, management, HR, MIS, Operations or related field.
- Relevant certifications:
*** CCMP
*** Prosci certified change practitioner
*** CMP
*** CMS
- Experience in delivering regulatory initiatives
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills
